Understanding Backup Assure Releases

The first part of the file version number represents the underlying Operating System. The current release is running on CentOS version 9. The following set of numbers represents if a new feature has been added to the build. The last set of digits represents bug or hot fixes with the build.

New operating systems at this time require a fresh install of Backup Assure. We will assist with license migration when new operating systems are released. You are not able to apply a build that does not match the operating system. This means a 1402003 can't have build 2001001 applied.

-Requires 1403005* Do not apply this patch without 1403005 or later patch

-Deployed 1403006 base builds can apply this patch directly

-Fixed bug that caused Catalyst Center Integration to fail due to API password encryption
