Installation and Licensing

We offer flexible installation and licensing options to suit your unique needs. Whether you prefer a hands-on approach or require expert assistance, we’ve got you covered.


Whichever option you choose, you can set up an appointment with our support engineers to ensure your installation is completed properly.


All licenses are provided on a 1-year term, with renewal reminders sent 30 days before expiration. Please note, licenses do not auto-renew.


Our standard 12-month license will back up one cluster of each type, which includes the following Cisco Appliances:


  • Cisco Catalyst Center
  • Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)
  • Cisco Firepower Management Center (FMC)
  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) 


For multiple instances of the above appliances, as long as they are part of a  cluster, one Backup Assure license will suffice. 


If you need to back up multiple clusters of the same type, eg. Two Catalyst Center clusters, you would need additional licenses for each additional cluster. 


Our 12-month license includes installation support and access to product support for the entire license term, ensuring you have assistance every step of the way.

  • Send us through your system ID and a licence key will be generated and sent through to you to apply

Prefer expert guidance? Our Support-Assisted Installation option provides personalized help through an online Webex appointment, ensuring a seamless setup.
